Who is responsible

The website is operated by ANDREYROSSINPAOCEANDRIVEFORSALE.COM, a Florida corporation, on behalf of Andrey Rossin, a licensed real estate broker with Cash Flow in Miami Realty. It is responsible for the information you send here. For any question about your information, write to 247deal@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send. The enquiry form asks for your name, one way to reach you — an email address or a phone number — and your message. It also records the language of the page and the project or floor plan you were viewing. Preparation topics are added only if you tick that box; your individual answers and budget stay in your browser and are never sent.

Please do not send passport, bank or immigration documents through the form. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking pixels; your browser remembers only your choice of light or dark theme. Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver pages securely.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry by the method you chose and to keep a record of our conversation. If you give a phone number, Andrey Rossin may call you or send you a text message about your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your information, do not share it for advertising and do not add you to a mailing list. Our basis for this is your own request and our legitimate interest in answering it.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is delivered to Andrey Rossin by email and text message. Three providers make this possible and act only on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Twilio (text message delivery). We share your details with a developer, a regional center or an attorney only if you ask us to, and we disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

The website keeps no database of enquiries: each one is passed straight to Andrey Rossin and kept in his business correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer you, to continue a conversation you started and to meet legal and professional record-keeping duties. The delivery providers keep technical logs for limited periods under their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or tell us to stop contacting you. Write to 247deal@gmail.com; we reply within the time the law sets and never charge for it. You can also simply reply to a text message or an email and ask us to stop.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, in Brazil or in a U.S. state with its own privacy law, you hold these rights under that law too — including, where it applies, the right to object, to data portability and to complain to your data protection authority.

Transfers, security and children

Andrey Rossin and our providers are in the United States, so an enquiry sent from another country is transferred to and handled in the U.S., where the rules may differ from those at home. Pages and the form travel only over encrypted HTTPS connections. The site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect a child’s information.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version in effect when you sent the form is recorded with your enquiry.
