A range of layouts

The supplied designs include studios, one- to three-bedroom residences and three- or four-bedroom townhomes.

How to compare the plans

  • Interior and exterior area

Compare indoor space separately from balconies and terraces. Read the original measurement notes before using a total area for a purchase decision.

  • Use of space

Look at circulation, storage, bedroom separation and access to outdoor areas. A den is an additional space, not automatically another bedroom.

  • The particular residence

Ask which unit the plan relates to, its orientation, current specification and availability. A typical layout does not establish those details.

If you are considering a separate purchase

Request the current price, payment schedule, recurring property charges and purchase agreement for the residence you select. Furnishings, rental use and management services should be confirmed in their applicable documents.

Buying a home for personal use does not itself qualify for EB-5. An investment in a development business and the purchase of a particular apartment create different rights.
