Which documents should I start gathering for EB-5?
Start with identity and family records — passports, birth and marriage certificates — and the records that show the lawful source and path of your investment funds: tax returns, business and employment records, sale, inheritance, gift or loan documents, and bank statements and transfer records. USCIS reviews the source of funds in detail, so gathering early saves time. Your immigration attorney decides exactly what your case requires.
